My current favs are Agito/Akito, Chun Li, Street Fighter Sakura and Aya. :D For me favourites change from time to time though... My least fav Pinky is Yoshiko. I just don't like her very much for some reason...

My favorites at the moment are Ohara, Mikimiki, and Maya. 

I've also never been a big fan of Yoshiko, nor do I like the goth girl all that much. 

I like most of them. The only one I'm hesitant about getting is Suu. She seems very bitter.

Awww... how anyone have a "least favorite" Pinky?   

It's kind of funny, though -- I, too, was never overly keen on Yoshiko, she was one of the last "original" girls to join my crew, even though in general she's always been very popular among Pinky Fandom; and I was NOT keen on the new "goth girl" either... until I got her. Her face is really cute in some of the other hair styles. Watch out for her, she's sneaky -- she'll grow on you really fast!

My favorites:Athena, Tohru Honda(I'm reading Fruits Basket, so naturally I like that Pinky), Mikuru(I'm also reading The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya), Reina, Henrietta, and the Goth Girl with the purple make up and the cool two-point hair(I just like Goths for some reason).

My least favorites: Any of the Pinkies with the twisty rolly necks, except very few, Yoshiko(Her face is so...well, odd), the one with the curly hair and rolling backpack(Her face litterally looks EVIL), Asuka Langley(She has a weird face, but other than that I like her), and the happy angel with the DVD(her face looks mean;her clothes and hair are fine, though)

As you can see, I judge Pinkies a lot on their faces...but also on the hair. Please don't take offense if you like some of the ones I don't like.
