well to post pictures you need to have a account like flickr, imageshack, deviant art etc.... I am too young to have my own flickr account so i use / borrow my sister's. 

then when you upload a / some picture(s) in your account on for example flickr, copy the link and then paste it in your topic...
but before u paste the link, you see those pinky:st emoticons... on top there are boxes, click on the box that has a photo on it and then this will appear: [img] [\img]
then between those, add the link in there like this: [img ]www.yourpicturelink.com[img] (or something like that)

sorry if you don't understand... i'm very bad at explaining things! 
maybe someone else will explain it more clear and stuff....
